General Things to Know:

In Bali, there are hospitals and usual medical services.
The most relevant insurance needs to include medical evacuation, and hospital and related fees, in that cover. Check your policy to cover your needs.

Bring your own over the counter medicines and contact lens rinses or eye drops etc
You need to discuss with your doctor about your health, appropriate vaccinations or medicines etc that may be helpful to bring with you.
In Cambodia you can obtain a 30 day visa on arrival at the airport. Tourist Visas are $20 USD. Business Visas are $25 USD. Prices are correct at time of writing this information.
In Bali you get 'Visa on arrival' which is for 30 days and is $25 USD [at time of writing].
Bring a supply of current passport photos. You will need two for your Cambodia visa, or two for a gym/spa package etc in Cambodia.
Jetstar and Air Asia provide some of the cheapest fares to Bali or Cambodia from Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. We can advise/assist on what we believe to be the best ways to get to the destination. You can be met at the airport if you choose at no charge. Just let us know.
Always use bottled water to drink and for cleaning your teeth.
Use sun screen and insect repellent when necessary.
Accommodation at destination is included, but not airfares or transport [except /pre-arranged pick up at destination airport which is included]. Food is not included [unless stated with breakfast provided] and if you have chosen to volunteer we will direct you to your chosen volunteer work.
Please advise us of any intention for a longer stay in Cambodia in advance of trip. We can do this in Cambodia, but it is not so easy to do in Bali.
Voltage is 220-240 please bring adapters and necessary transformers etc.
Visits have to be timed for when we are in the appointed countries.
The best and recommended time to visit Cambodia is between November and March.
Cambodia has a Wet Season. If you choose to travel during this time [approx Aug - Oct] please check updates on weather and adjust your flights accordingly. In 2011 we had unexpected flooding here that this closed off access to most of the wonderful cafes, and reduced the quality of the experience. There is no problem with rescheduling appointments or accommodation. However if you cannot change your flight, we can work round it.
The best and recommended time to visit Bali is July to September.
